Open House and Women's Self-Defense Demonstration
Come and meet our instructors for our upcoming Women’s Self-Defense series and get a small taste of what we teach! This event is free, but registration is requested since light refreshments will be provided. If you’d like to register, send us an email or give us a call!
Women's Self-Defense Series
Led by women, for women! This six-week series focuses on applied self-defense, from wrist grabs to weaponry. The series begins on February 3rd and runs through March 10th from 5pm-6pm. Cost is $10/session or $50 for the entire series. Space is limited, so sign up soon by contacting us via email or phone!
